Design Philosophy    Robinson Interiors at Sycamore Cottage specializes in residential interior design work, smaller commercial projects, interior re-design and real-estate staging. Teaching interior design and mentoring future interior designers give Kristine immense satisfaction. There was a time when the expertise of interior designers was enjoyed only by the elite.  Thankfully that day is gone!    Kristine enjoys working on design projects of all sizes, from small hourly consulting jobs to new construction on a multi-million dollar level. She accepts jobs locally as well as select projects that require more extensive travel.    Working within each client's vision for the project, Kristine collaborates with the individuals involved. "I like to help people trust their instincts while guiding them on the basic design principles that are necessary to complete the job," says Ms. Robinson. Kristine is a designer trained to listen to clients wishes and needs and is able to draw on her years of experience to make exciting suggestions the client may never have imagined.    Robinson enjoys using widely varied styles in her designs but often describes the designs as 'Traditional with a Flair'. Helping you realize your home's full potential is Kristine's primary goal.
